Refund Policy
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and packaged exactly as received. Please note that all approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, along with shipping costs for sending the product back to our warehouse.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so our team can assess the situation and resolve it promptly.
EXCHANGES
For exchanges, the fastest method is to return your current item. Once the return is approved, you may place a separate order for the item you wish to receive.
REFUNDS
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of your refund status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund. RETURN PACKAGING & LIABILITY
Please ensure your return is securely packaged. If items arrive damaged due to improper packaging, the customer is responsible, as carriers do not honor claims for inadequately packaged items.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, returns cannot be accepted on sale items or gift cards.
