Refund Policy
REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and packaged exactly as received.
All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, along with return shipping costs.
IMPORTANT – FITMENT & ORDER RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for ordering the correct parts for their exact vehicle. We do not offer refunds or returns for incorrect orders, including but not limited to:
- Ordering parts for the wrong model/trim (ex: M2 parts for a 1 Series)
- Ordering parts for replica or aftermarket bumpers/panels
- Assuming compatibility without confirming
Fitment is only guaranteed on the exact OEM vehicle/application the product was designed and tested on. We are not responsible for fitment issues on replica, modified, or non-OEM parts.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Approved cases include:
- Manufacturing defects (carbon weave, clear coat, structural issues)
- Fitment issues on the exact vehicle the product was designed for
- Wrong item sent by us
- Product not available after purchase
EXCHANGES
For exchanges, the fastest option is to return your item. Once approved, you can place a new order for the correct product.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks may take additional time to process.
RETURN PACKAGING & LIABILITY
Items must be properly packaged when returned. Damage caused by poor packaging is the customer’s responsibility.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
