Warranty
WBS LIMITED WARRANTY
WBS stands behind the quality of its products. All products manufactured by our factory partners are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase.
If a product is suspected to be defective, customers may return it to the WBS warehouse for inspection. C.O.D. returns will not be accepted. If the item is determined to be defective, it will be repaired or replaced at WBS's discretion.
Please note:
- Warranty covers WBS parts only and does not extend to labor costs, installation fees, or inconvenience caused to the customer.
- Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Manufacturer Defects
- If a product fails due to a manufacturer defect within the warranty period, WBS will repair or replace the product at no charge.

Customer Responsibility
- Customers/Installers must verify the correct part size and application before installation and ensure proper installation is performed.
- Failures resulting from improper installation are not covered under this warranty.

Non-Warranty Damage
- If a returned item shows damage not covered by the warranty, a quote will be provided for repair or replacement. Customers may choose to proceed with repairs/replacement at their cost or request the item be returned without further action.

Return Shipment Requirements
- All returns must be shipped freight prepaid, insured (against loss or damage), and include a tracking number.
- If a warranty claim is approved, WBS will compensate additional shipping costs incurred.

Exclusions from Coverage
- Warranty does not cover:
- Damage due to misuse, neglect, or accidents.
- Improper installation or modifications altering the product's original state.
- Costs such as transportation, labor, towing, storage, expedited freight charges, rental expenses, import fees, taxes, or other associated economic losses.
