ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing unless the item is marked as Pre-Order or Out of Stock. In such cases, a member of the WBS team will contact you with an updated production or shipping timeline.


SHIPPING

Every order is carefully inspected, packaged, and prepared by the WBS team before shipment.

Orders are dispatched from either our Calgary, Alberta warehouse or our Shenzhen manufacturing facility, depending on inventory availability and the fastest delivery route to your destination.

We ship worldwide through trusted carriers including FedEx, UPS, and DHL. Your selected shipping method will be displayed at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email.


AVAILABILITY GUARANTEE

We strive to maintain inventory for all WBS products. However, due to high demand, inventory levels may occasionally change before website updates are completed.

If an item becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, a member of our team will contact you with an updated shipping timeline. Should the revised timeline not meet your expectations, you may request a full refund.


ALL SALES FINAL

All sales are final for products purchased during promotional events, seasonal sales, clearance events, special offers, or discounted campaigns.

No returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted for items purchased during these periods.
